Terms of Service
Last updated 28 October 2026
Welcome to Lightstick 💜 These terms explain what Lightstick is, what you can expect from us and what we expect from you. By using the website or our Telegram bot you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
1. What Lightstick is
Lightstick collects public information about K-pop concerts, fan meetings and ticket sales, mainly in Cambodia and Southeast Asia, and sends you alerts about the artists and shows you choose.
Lightstick does not sell tickets. We never buy tickets for you, hold tickets, take payments or automate checkout. Ticket links take you to the official seller or organiser, and any purchase is between you and them, under their terms.
Lightstick is an independent fan project. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any artist, entertainment agency, promoter or ticketing platform.
2. Event information and alerts
Event details are gathered automatically from public websites and channels, partly with the help of AI, and can be incomplete, late or wrong. Dates, prices, venues and links can also change without notice.
- Always confirm details with the official organiser or ticket seller before you buy or travel.
- Alerts depend on third parties such as Telegram and the sites we read, so they can be delayed or not arrive at all.
- We don't guarantee that you will get tickets, and we are not responsible for missed sales, sold-out shows, cancellations or changes.
Beware of scams: only buy from official sellers. Lightstick will never ask you for payment details or passwords.
3. Your account
You can browse without an account. To follow artists and set reminders you sign in with Google, and you can connect Telegram to receive alerts. Keep your Google and Telegram accounts secure; you are responsible for activity on your Lightstick account.
You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required in your country, to create an account.
4. Acceptable use
Please don't:
- scrape, copy or resell Lightstick's content or data at scale, or overload the service;
- use Lightstick or its links to run ticket bots, scalping or resale schemes;
- try to access other people's accounts, the admin area or our systems without permission;
- spam or abuse the Telegram bot, or use the service for anything illegal.
We may suspend or remove access for anyone who breaks these rules.
5. Community rules for comments and photos
Fan chat is for helping each other: seats, gates, merch, transport and fan projects. Signed-in fans can comment; everyone can read. When you post:
- Be kind. No hate, harassment, bullying, fan wars or offensive language.
- No ticket trading. No buying, selling, swapping or “DM me” offers. This is the most common scam at concerts; always use the official seller.
- Protect privacy. Don't share phone numbers, emails, social handles or anyone's personal information.
- No spam or bots. No repeated posts, ads, automated posting or links other than Lightstick and the event's official ticket site.
- Stay on topic and respect artists' and others' rights.
Event galleries are for photos from the show and the fan experience around it. When you share a photo:
- Only share photos you took, of this event. No reposts of other people's fancams, official photos or press shots.
- No tickets, barcodes or QR codes. They can be copied and used by someone else.
- Respect people. No close-ups of other fans who didn't agree, nothing sexual, violent or hateful, and nothing that breaks a venue's or artist's no-recording rule.
- Captions follow the comment rules: no ticket trading, contact details or outside links.
Some posts are blocked automatically, and fans' photos appear only after our team has reviewed them. Any member can report a comment or photo; posts reported by several fans are hidden until we review them. We may edit visibility, delete posts and ban accounts from the community at our discretion. You keep ownership of what you write and the photos you share, but give Lightstick permission to display them on the service. You are responsible for what you post. If someone shared your photo without permission, report it as “My photo / copyright” or contact us.
6. Content and trademarks
Artist names, logos, posters and photos belong to their respective owners and are shown only to identify events. If you own content shown on Lightstick and want it removed, Message us through our Telegram bot and we will act promptly.
The Lightstick name, design and software are ours. You may share links to Lightstick pages freely.
7. Disclaimer and liability
Lightstick is provided free of charge, “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for losses arising from event information, alerts, third-party websites or ticket purchases.
8. Ending your use
You can stop at any time: unfollow artists, mute or disconnect Telegram, or ask us to delete your account (see our Privacy Policy). We may change or discontinue the service, or close accounts that break these terms.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as Lightstick grows. We will change the date at the top and, for important changes, let you know on the website or through the bot. Continuing to use Lightstick means you accept the updated terms.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Cambodia, unless the law of your country gives you rights that cannot be waived.
